Who We Are
Workostic provides bookkeeping, accounting and back-office operations services from Islamabad, Pakistan. You can reach us about anything in this notice at contact@workostic.com.
What We Collect
When you request a Free Books Diagnostic, the form collects your name, business name, email address, accounting software, how far behind your books are, and anything else you choose to tell us. If you email us, we receive whatever you send.
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The calculators on some pages remember your slider settings in your own browser so they are there when you return; that information stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Why We Use It
- To reply to your request and send access instructions and our NDA
- To carry out the diagnostic you asked for and deliver the report
- To follow up with you about that diagnostic and any work that comes from it
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who Handles It for Us
- Netlify hosts this website and receives diagnostic form submissions
- Google Workspace hosts our email
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface on this site, which means your browser requests it from Google and Google receives your IP address
Your Books
Access to your accounting records is governed by the NDA and, if you engage us, the engagement letter and our written data security policy — not by this notice. Those documents are provided before any access is granted.
How Long We Keep It
Only as long as it is needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your Choices
Email contact@workostic.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will reply within one business day and act on the request promptly.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top will change with it.
