Behind on the Books?
Fixed Price to Fix It.
Months or years of backlog brought current, errors corrected and documented, and a clean opening position to build on. Quoted from the diagnostic, so you know the number before any work starts.
Size It Yourself
How Much Backlog Are You Carrying?
Three inputs. Nothing is submitted, and the figures below are the published starting points, not a quote.
What Cleanup Involves
Current, Correct and Explained
Backlog Brought Current
Every month categorized and reconciled up to today, in order, so each month builds on a proven one.
Errors Corrected and Documented
Every adjustment listed with the reason behind it, so your accountant can follow the trail instead of redoing it.
Unreconciled Items Resolved
Differences traced to source documents rather than written off to a suspense account and forgotten.
Opening Balances Verified
The starting position checked against statements, loan schedules and the prior year’s closing figures.
Settlement History Rebuilt →
For sellers, past payouts decomposed from platform reports, so prior-period comparisons mean something.
A Handover Pack
Reconciliations, the adjustment log and any open questions, delivered with the first clean close.
How a Cleanup Runs
Scoped First, Priced Once, Then Done
Diagnostic
A written report within 48 hours of read-only access, covering what is wrong and roughly how far it goes.
Fixed Quote
Scope, price and timeline in writing. The price does not move if the work turns out harder than expected.
Cleanup
Typically two to six weeks, depending on backlog and volume. One consolidated list of questions, not a drip.
First Clean Close
The first current month closed and handed over with the adjustment log.
Monthly Rhythm
Only now does a monthly retainer begin, if you want one.
A Rule We Keep
Cleanup Comes Before Any Monthly Fee
A monthly fee assumes a month of work. A backlog is many months of work, plus the investigation needed to untangle it. Folding one into the other means either overcharging you every month or quietly doing the cleanup badly.
So cleanup is always a separate, fixed-price project, completed before any retainer begins. We will not take on messy books at a monthly rate and quietly do a worse job.

Questions
Cleanup, Specifically
What If My Books Are Years Behind?
Then the cleanup is larger, not different. It is scoped from the diagnostic and quoted at a fixed price before any work starts.
Will You Write Off Differences We Can’t Explain?
Not as a first resort. Differences are traced to source documents. Where something genuinely cannot be traced, it is listed with the amount and the reason, and nothing is adjusted without your sign-off.
Do I Need to Find Every Receipt First?
No. Start with access and whatever you have. We work from the statements and platform reports you provide and send one consolidated list of anything missing.
My Accountant Has Asked for Cleanup Before Filing. Is This That?
Yes. We bring the books current and document every adjustment. Your accountant then prepares and files the return — we do not give tax advice or file anything.
Can You Rebuild Amazon and Shopify History?
Yes. Prior settlements are rebuilt from platform reports so your comparatives mean something. That work is part of a multi-channel cleanup quote.
