The Rules

How the Pricing Works

Cleanup comes first. It is completed before any monthly retainer begins. We will not take on messy books at a monthly rate and quietly do a worse job.

The tiers cover QuickBooks Online and Xero. Work inside an ERP is quoted after the diagnostic, because entities, dimensions and approval workflows make transaction volume a poor measure on its own.

Annual prepay saves 10%. On the full monthly figure, including add-ons.

Service businesses — agencies, contractors, professional practices — use the same tiers without the e-commerce add-on.

Reporting is never sold alone. Analysis is only as good as the reconciled books underneath it.

Confirmed in writing. All prices are in USD, indicative, and confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Questions

Pricing, Specifically

Why Publish Prices at All?

Because you should be able to work out whether we are affordable before spending time on a call. Hidden pricing mostly benefits the seller.

Why Is Cleanup Priced Separately?

A backlog is many months of work plus investigation. Folding it into a monthly fee means either overcharging every month or doing the cleanup badly.

Can I Buy Reporting on Its Own?

No. We cannot stand behind analysis built on books we have not reconciled.

Do Service Businesses Pay the E-Commerce Add-On?

No. Without sales platforms to reconcile, it does not apply.

Why Is ERP Work Not on the Tiers?

Because volume alone does not describe it. A multi-entity NetSuite close can be more work at 200 transactions than a single-entity Xero file at 800. It is quoted in writing after the free diagnostic.

Are You the Cheapest Option?

No, and we do not try to be. You can always pay less for someone who has never read an Amazon settlement report.
