Granting Access
Read-Only, in a Few Minutes
Pick your software. Access is removed by you, at any time, from inside your own account.
Xero: A Read Only User
Invite us with the Read Only role. It lets us view transactions and reports without creating, editing or approving anything. You can remove the user at any moment from your user settings.
QuickBooks Online: A Reports Only User
Add us as a Reports Only user, which gives read-only access to reports and no ability to enter or change transactions. It is available on QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced. On other plans, send an export instead.
NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Business Central or Odoo
Your administrator grants a role limited to view access. Exact role names differ by system and by account, so we send a short written list of the permissions we need and your administrator decides how to grant them. For multi-entity accounts, tell us which entities to look at. More detail on Systems We Work In.
An Export
A trial balance, general ledger detail and the latest reconciliation report for each account — plus platform payout reports if you sell online. We will send a precise list with the NDA. Exports are handled under our written data security policy.

Does It Work on NetSuite or Another ERP?
Yes. It needs a view-only role and, for multi-entity accounts, a note on which entities to cover. We will tell you upfront if several entities need longer than 48 hours.
What If My Books Are Clean?
Then the report says so, and we leave you alone.
Do I Have to Hire You Afterward?
No. The report is yours to keep and act on, with us, with someone else or by yourself.
What Happens to Access Afterward?
Remove it the moment the report arrives, if you like. Exports are handled under our written data security policy, available on request.
