Thirteen Weeks in Seven Sliders

A simplified version of the real thing. Nothing is submitted.

Cash at Week 13$0

Illustration only. A real forecast times each receivable and payable individually, from your aging reports and payment runs, and includes loan repayments, tax payments and anything else already known. The shape is the point: where the low week is, and how low it goes.

Why 13 Weeks

Long Enough to See a Quarter. Short Enough to Be Real.

Thirteen weeks covers a full quarter ahead — an inventory order, a quarterly tax payment, a slow month, a platform holding back reserve. It is long enough to see trouble coming.

It is also short enough to forecast week by week from actual invoices and bills rather than annual averages. That is what makes it a management tool rather than a spreadsheet exercise.

What You Get

A Forecast Built From Real Books

Weekly, Rolling

Thirteen weeks ahead, refreshed every month after the close.

Receipts Timed Realistically

Based on when customers actually pay, not when invoices fall due.

Payments Timed

Drawn from your payment runs and known commitments, not guesses.

Reserve Release Modeled

Money held by sales platforms shown in the week it is expected back.

Scenario View

An inventory order, a new hire or a slow month, shown against the base case.

Forecast Versus Actual

Last month’s forecast compared with what happened, so the model improves.

Boundaries and Pricing

A Forecast, Not Financial Advice

We build the forecast and explain it. Decisions about borrowing, investing or spending are yours, and financing advice belongs with a qualified adviser.

The 13-week forecast is $300 a month, added to the monthly bookkeeping tier. Like all reporting, it is not sold on its own: a forecast is only as good as the reconciled books it starts from.

Questions

Cash Flow Forecasting, Specifically

Can We Get the Forecast Without Bookkeeping?

No. A forecast starts from today’s real balances and open invoices. If those are not reconciled, the forecast inherits every error.

How Often Is It Updated?

Every month, after the close, with the previous month’s forecast compared against what actually happened.

What Format Is It In?

A spreadsheet you can open and adjust, plus a one-page summary in the monthly pack.

Will It Tell Us Whether to Take a Loan?

It will show whether and when cash gets tight, and by how much. Whether to borrow, and on what terms, is a decision for you and a qualified adviser.
