Cleanup Projects
Fixed price, quoted from your diagnostic. From $750 for up to six months of backlog. Cleanup is always completed before a monthly retainer begins — taking on messy books at a monthly rate only means doing a worse job quietly.

Do you work in my existing file?
Yes. We work inside your QuickBooks Online or Xero file with read-only or standard accountant access. No migration is required unless you want one, and nothing is copied to our systems.
What if my books are years behind?
That is the most common reason people come to us. Backlog is quoted as a fixed-price cleanup project after the diagnostic, so you know the number before committing. Two to six weeks is typical.
Who actually does the work?
A named bookkeeper assigned to your account, not a rotating pool. You will know their name and they will know your business.
Can you file my tax return?
No. We are not a CPA firm, we do not give tax advice and we do not file returns. We prepare clean books so your accountant can do that quickly and cheaply.
What happens at month-end?
Accounts are reconciled, transactions categorised, and a statement pack is issued on a fixed date. If something needs a decision from you, you get one clear list of questions rather than a drip of emails.
