- Prepare, sign or file tax returns, or give tax advice
- Perform audit, review or attest work
- Process payroll
- Hold client funds, initiate payments, or change payee bank details
- Ask for, store or use your banking credentials
We are not a certified or chartered accounting firm. We prepare clean, reconciled books so your accountant can do the work that needs one.
Security and Trust
What Access Means Here
Read-Only for the Diagnostic
A Read Only user in Xero, a Reports Only user in QuickBooks Online, or an export. We can see the books and change nothing.
NDA Before Access
Signed before we look at anything, including for the free diagnostic. A written data security policy is available on request.
No Money Movement
We prepare payment runs; you approve and release them. We never hold, transfer or disburse client funds.
Your Data Stays Put
We work inside your QuickBooks or Xero file rather than a copy of it. Exports are handled under our written data security policy.
Revoke Any Time
Access is granted by you and removed by you, instantly, from inside your accounting software.
One Named Person
Access is given to a named individual, listed in writing, not to an anonymous pool.
